Project Management Bundle
*Bundle includes the fall Test Prep and Tech Workshop and either the summer or fall Foundational Course.

 
This course is designed for those who are looking to enter or advance in the project management profession. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the project management lifecycle, and practice the competencies needed to balance competing demands and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
 
Upon completion of 35 hours of project management education, this course is available as additional instruction to help prepare participants to take the Project Management Professional (PMP) test.
This is a one-day in-person class with additional online study tools and practice questions.
 
 
This hands-on workshop provides face-to-face detailed instruction into integrating the best practices of project management into industry standard tracking and reporting software.  This course will cover several project management technology software options including the commonly used Microsoft Project and Trello allowing insight into your daily project management design.

In addition to preparing you for the Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) exam, this Agile Project Management course is designed to teach you the principles and practices of Agile in real world settings, including Scrum, XP and Lean.
