Sanika is a highly motivated individual who has already achieved notable technical accomplishments in her young career. In addition to her volunteer work at a local hospital, Sanika is a prominent leader, serving as the officer of six school clubs. Her commitment to these roles showcases her ability to inspire and organize others toward shared goals. Furthermore, Sanika's achievements extend to the realm of debate, where she has received honors for her outstanding contributions, including the Academic All-American Award, which is only granted to the top 2% of debaters in the country. Her passion for advocacy and effective communication reflects her dedication to making a positive impact. Sanika's technical journey includes a valuable internship at a local pharmaceutical company, where she served as a Sales/Marketing Intern. During this internship, she conducted ROI/Impact analyses to measure the effectiveness of sales strategies, utilizing various tools such as AdFire, Epocrates, Doximity, Mesmerize, Medscape, and data from conventions/conferences for healthcare professionals. As a passionate advocate for women in technology, Sanika aims to contribute to initiatives that empower and inspire young women to pursue careers in STEM fields. An active participant in SWENext's High School Leadership Academy and Girls Who Code's Summer Immersion Program, she gained invaluable insights into leadership, coding, and DE&I. Looking ahead, Sanika is excited to pursue a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at an undecided school.
