The Maine Affiliate Community is proud to host the NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing. Award recipients are selected for their aptitude and interest in IT and computing, solid leadership ability, good academic history, and plans for post-secondary education.
2023 -2024 Applications are closed. If you are currently in 9th-12th grade and are a woman, genderqueer, or non-binary student who is interested in computing and technology, you are invited to join the AiC Community.

The 2020 NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing was originally scheduled to be hosted at the School of Computing and Information Science CS & New Media Night Event, May 1 2020, in Boardman Hall, University of Maine. This event has been cancelled.
