Central Florida Affiliate

The NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing honors young women, genderqueer, and non-binary high school and college students for their computing-related achievements and interests. Recipients are selected for their computing and IT aptitude, leadership ability, academic history, and plans for post-secondary education. The NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing offers both a national and local affiliate competition to generate support and visibility for aspiring technologists nationwide.

2023 -2024 Applications are closed.  If you are currently in 9th-12th grade and are a woman, genderqueer, or non-binary student who is interested in computing and technology, you are invited to join the AiC Community. Collegiate students in a technical major or minor are also invited to join the AiC Community.

2024-25 high school applications open on September 1, 2024.
