Anelys C.

Anelys is a determined high school senior with great ambitions. She loves to read, play video games, and spend time with her loved ones. She aims to learn more about computer science and computer engineering, along with robotics. With her knowledge, she plans to create innovative devices and software to improve the wellbeing of society. Anelys' proudest accomplishment yet was winning the NCWIT's Affiliate Winner award. With this award, she felt inspired to keep pursuing studies and projects in computer engineering, after finding her true passion through summer camps and personal research. It's been a year since this honor, and she has accomplished far more than she ever would have thought. Anelys plans to attend college with a major in Computer Engineering with a Computer Science minor. She would also enjoy participating in choir and robotics clubs. Some colleges like Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, Duke University, and Clemson have caught her attention and have been an inspiration in her learning journey.
