Sanvi is currently a sophomore at the Early College at Guilford. She is on the First Technical Challenge (FTC) 5795 Robotics Team and is head of design for her school yearbook. She also loves art and music, and has ran track since seventh grade. She dived deep into the world of STEM through her many years of Tech Savvy events and IT is for Girls summer camps at UNC Greensboro. Since, she has come back and volunteered as a session assistant in the 2017 and 2018 Aspire IT camps at UNC Greensboro and in the 2018 Innovate for Good camp at Appalachian State University for Internet of Things and neuroscience. She is also a near-peer-mentor for the BRIDGES program at UNC Greensboro, which aims to bring STEM to middle school students from all backgrounds. Sanvi has a growing passion for engaging younger peers in STEM. She wants to study and research neuroscience in medical school, incorporating technology into her career. She hopes to continue to spread her love for STEM throughout her life and beyond AspireIT.
