Robotics Club president, science enthusiast, swimmer, and bookworm are all descriptions that can be used to illustrate Karleigh. One of Karleigh's most notable accomplishments includes creating a proof of concept program with five other high school female students on the program called Processing. This program can be used for tourism and promotes places that locals consider a good location to visit, and was submitted to and won for her district in the Congressional App Challenge. Another of her accomplishments includes taking on the position of the Robotics Club president and reviving the club, then winning third place in a competition with the new team. She also won a computing and technology award through partners in education. She is still hoping to learn more about coding and she is still deciding on what to do after high school. Karleigh has decided that after high school she will be attending college, however, what she will be studying is still undecided, but she wants to focus on being a part of the STEM fields. In the near future, Karleigh is hoping to successfully complete a computer science project for a non-profit group. She is also looking forward to working with Girls Who Code now, and to participate in raising at school awareness about the different activities available, and achiements fellow students have made.
