Fran Bromley-Norwood's education career started over 20 years ago on Long Island, NY. After earning her Master's Degree in Elementary Education, her family moved to Las Vegas, NV, where she taught 4th grade and 5th grade in North Las Vegas. Shortly after earning her endorsement in Computer Programming/Science, Fran was "promoted" and started teaching Computer Science and Cyber Security at Cheyenne High School in North Las Vegas to students in grades 9-12. Fran is a member of the Nevada State K-12 Computer Science Standards writing team and a standards development member for the CTE Cybersecurity program of study. She has been a member of the CTE Computer Science assessment team and looks forward to continuing to work with colleagues to increase the rigor for the CTE Computer Science standards.
