After attending the "HOTDays@Tech" 2010 Summer Camp at Georgia Institute of Technology (GaTech) Dorothy became interested in Robotics. While attending HOTDays, Dorothy began to teach herself JAVA programming, utilizing material from the camp, books and When school began that fall, Dorothy joined her high school's Robotics Team and became the Chief Programmer. She help lead her team to 36th place out of 66 teams and 3rd place out of 7 Rookie teams. In the Spring of her junior year, she created at Robotics Bootcamp for Middle Schoolers modeled after two programs that she has attended at GaTech, the HOTDays@Tech and the GaTech i3 Program. The Robotics team assisted by introducing 8th graders to LEGO MINDSTORMS Robots by Designing, Building, Programming and Drive Training. She exposed children within her community to a possibility of having a job I Robotics and/or Engineering. Dorothy is Miss Westlake Robotics Club 2012-13 and is also a member of the National Honors Society, Beta Club and Aviation Club. She serves as her high school Webmaster and Official DJ. Dorothy is the owner of Disc Jockey Business that she started in 2010 DJ'ing children' s party "DJ Loddi Doddi" Entertainment, Inc.
