Anuva is a junior at Palo Alto High School and she enjoys coding and teaching others to code. Anuva first learned to program using code.org and RobotC as part of First Lego League in middle school and since then has developed several applications to make her community a better place. A few examples of her coding projects can be seen at http://anuva.co. Anuva also loves to teach coding and get others involved in programming competitions. Anuva is the co-president of a coding club called American Computer Science League that organizes and coordinates coding competitions at various levels. Anuva also started an organization called codingplace.org through which she introduces coding to elementary and middle school students by teaching them Java using tools like codiva.io. Anuva wants to study computer science and specialize in computational biology in college. She wants to be a researcher and study to become a professor at a university where she can learn and teach throughout her life.
