Anindita is a sophomore at Highland Park Senior High. She is interested in Cybersecurity and Computer Science. She has conducted research projects in these fields utilizing accelerometers and wearable sensors for fall detection, and mobile devices for nutritional and social justice applications. She was recognized as a National Broadcom Masters in Science semifinalist and has received the Science Fair Excellence Award at her Regional Science Fair and the Best Pitch Award in the Technovation Challenge. Additionally, she is the editor-in-chief of her school's science journal, "The Nucleus", and a member of Math Team and Science Club. She aspires to study Computer Science in college and continue down that path for her career. She hopes to encourage other girls to pursue careers in STEM as well, as she believes representation is vital in these male-dominated fields.
