Mrs. Mazur received her masters in math education from Alliant International University after achieving her business management bachelors from San Diego State University. She holds clear California single subject math and introductory business credentials. Education excites Mrs. Mazur who believes that Computer-based work is the present and future of employment. After teaching math for 15 years, she recently tip-toed into Computer Science to provide introductory pre-engineering courses in high school. Not satisfied with the available courses, Mrs. Mazur wrote additional programming courses using Python; Intro to Programming, Project Development, and Game Design. Currently Mrs. Mazur teaches Computer Science, Programming and Math IV at Classical Academy High School’s Escondido Cyber Café. Mrs. Mazur advises students taking online courses in AP Computer Science, AP Computer Science Principles, and Programming; she also mentors the CAHS robotics team, The Agency; FIRST Team 3021 and the Coastal Middle School FIRST Lego League robotics team.
