Elizabeth is a blogger, writer, and dual-credit high school and college student majoring in computer science. She’s the president and founder of her school’s computer science club, which promotes code for everyone and leads introductory coding workshops across the region. Over the past three years, the club has spread to divisions at other schools and partnered with the school district to advance computer science education in their city. She’s passionate about using computer science to empower the lives of people around her, which led her to intern in Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence and Research division. In the future, she hopes to major in computer science and linguistics at a four-year university to explore and research the boundaries of artificial intelligence and natural processing.
