Bio

Grace learned about the field of computer science around three years ago, and since then it has basically overtaken her life. She found her passion in Omaha's tech community, through becoming involved with Omaha Girls Who Code. Grace has since become a member of the Omaha Coding Women Leadership Team, a GETHIP Intern at Gallup, the Team Leader for her BringITOn competition team, and the instructor of her coding class for elementary students. Grace has received the opportunity to present at the Omaha Coffee and Code meet-up and at the Nebraska JavaScript Conference. Her proudest accomplishment is her selection as the first non-university student to receive the 2016 AIM Tech Student of the Year. Grace wants to improve her community through computer science, and believes in the importance of being devoted to everything that she is involved with.
