"In computer science, I have loved exposing the girls to the world that they will forever be a part of. It is important that each student appreciate the logic and complexity behind the technology they are using. No matter what their interest, these skills will make them competitive in their academics and in their careers." Amy Mulgrew has a BA in Applied Math from UC Berkeley and a BS in Applied Math from California State University Long Beach. Amy teaches Precalculus Honors, Introduction to Programming, and Computer Science & Technology at Santa Catalina School in Monterey, CA. She enjoys crafts, swimming, and playing with her three young children. Outside of the classroom, she helps coordinate the school's robotics team and the coding clubs.
