Kailee, a sophomore, took Computational Thinking and Game Design as a freshman and this year, Computer Science 1 & 2. At WCATY (Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth) for the last four summers she has taken Algebra, Robotics, Game Design, and Fundamentals of Engineering. She plans to take AP Computer Science as a junior, and that summer, Advanced Computer Science at WCATY, then as a senior, an independent study in software engineering. She hopes to go to Carnegie Mellon for computer science. Kailee participates in her school’s Computer Science Club and other clubs such as Model UN, Debate Team, Forensics, and Science Olympiad. She enjoys reading and racing triathlons in her spare time.
