Since I was little technology always was really cool to me. I can remember when I would get a chance to sit in front of a computer and play educational games all the while thinking that it was super cool what the computer was capable of. I always loved to build and fix things which I ironically do on a day to day basis at the technology helpdesk at my school. I didn’t realize as a kid that this fascination would bring me to where I am now but the first real spark of interest for all things technology really hit me freshman year when, on a whim, I decided to join our school’s FIRST robotics team. To this day I am still on the robotics team and I will now and forever love how we manage to make a pile of metal become a complex system tailor made to complete a certain task. My next spark of interest was sophomore year as I took a Digital Graphics course and I fell in love with Photoshop. I haven’t stopped doing Photoshop work since and I am currently working to get a certification in Photoshop. Finally, this last year I began work at Duchesne Academy's technology helpdesk the CAVE (computer audio visual education) and this was the final spark that has ignited a fire in me for technology and I am now sure that I want to do computer engineering in college.
