The 2014 Tennessee Affiliate Aspirations Award ceremony will be hosted at the 1st National Women in Cybersecurity Conference on April 12, 2014 at the Marriott Airport Hotel in Nashville, TN. For the exact location, please see the map.

We will recognize 8 Aspirations Award winners, 18 runners-up, and one Educator award winner for the state of Tennessee for their accomplishments and aspirations during an award ceremony at the luncheon for the 1st National Women in Cybersecurity Conference, to be held at the Nashville Airport Marriott in Nashville, Tennessee. The luncheon will be from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Each awardee may bring one guest, and the sponsoring school officials are invited to join their students.

Each qualified award winner will receive a variety of prizes and 2 plaques – 1 for the winner and 1 for her school. Each qualified award runner-up will receive a certificate. Winners and runners-up have the opportunity to attend a special workshop, Discovering Cybersecurity, at the conference. If they attend, they are eligible for a cash stipend.

The 2014 Tennessee Affiliate Review and Selection Committee has selected the following young women as Winners and Runners-Up for the NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing - Tennessee Affiliate.
