I teach Business and Computer Science at Columbia College, a small, private women's college in Columbia, SC. My goal would be to run a summer camp for girls and focus on Scratch, Alice and/or App Inventor. I would like to get them involved with the fundamentals of programming in a fun way. I can offer a computer lab and possibly food on the campus of Columbia College. I would like to assist the partner during the camp itself. The summer dates listed are flexible.

We’re posting to let any NCWIT Philadelphia award winners know about an opportunity to run an AspireIT program this summer! For the past three years we’ve run an NCWIT AspireIT weeklong camp at Drexel University (http://www.robotspringboard.org/Drexel/). We’re currently both freshman at Brown University and it does not look like we will be in Philadelphia for the summer.
