AspireIT Toolkit: Notification, Promotion, and Pre-Program Activities
Once NCWIT notifies you that your AspireIT program will receive funding (congrats!), there is still lots to do. This section will guide you through the required grant paperwork and recommended outreach for recruiting participants and receiving media attention.

Confirm all of your program details. There are many big and small details that you need to think about before your program starts. The Program Planning Worksheet is a checklist of items you should make sure to consider.

Build an implementation team to fill the gaps in your own skill sets, share the prep work, and ensure participants have support for their learning.

Train your fellow facilitators, using Section 4 of the Creating an Engaging Program Guide.
Ensure that everyone who will participate with your AspireIT program fills out this NCWIT Consent & Waiver Form (if they are under 18, a parent will need to fill it out).
