About the Orange County Affiliate:

2018-2019 is the first year that Orange County is on it's own as an Aspirations in Computing Affiliate, even though the primary coordinator has been leading an affiliate in Southern California since the beginning.  First, in 2011-12, the Affiliate was Southern California with six SoCal counties; in 2012-13, San Diego and Imperial counties split off to form the San Diego affiliate; in 2017-18, Riverside and San Bernadino counties split off to form the Inland Empire affiliate; finally, Los Angeles and Orange counties split in 2018.
